Tragic information was provided by the General Command. On Thursday afternoon, a soldier of the 1st Armored Brigade died after being stabbed at the Military Medical Institute in Warsaw.

Death as a result of an attack at the border
Around 12:30, RMF FM radio reported shocking information. According to unofficial findings, the soldier injured in the migrant's attack was said to be clinically dead. The soldier was injured with an improvised spear, i.e. a knife attached to a stick, while defending the Polish border against an attack by migrants brought by Belarus.
Fight for life
At the end of May, a soldier was hospitalized in serious condition after a brutal attack. Despite the doctors' efforts, his injuries turned out to be too serious to save him.
Mourning and reflection
The death of this soldier is a painful reminder of the difficult situation on the border between Poland and Belarus. Serving in the defense of national borders carries enormous risks, and such tragic events highlight the importance and dangers our soldiers must face.
The entire military community and Polish citizens mourn the loss of this brave soldier who gave his life defending the borders of his country.
