In 2025, the maximum rates of property tax, truck and bus tax and local fees will increase by 2.7%. This increase is due to the level of inflation in the first half of 2024.
The maximum rates of local taxes and fees are announced by the Minister of Finance in a special announcement, after taking into account the inflation rate provided by the President of the Central Statistical Office. Inflation was 2.7%, which is why the maximum rates of property tax, local fees and tax on means of transport will increase by that much.
In 2025, tax rates per square meter of land area related to business activities will increase by 4 groszy, and for other land - by 2 groszy. This means that the increase will be noticeable, but relatively small compared to the previous year.
