Bailiff online

Instead of traditional letters, bailiffs will now send electronic letters. The new solution is expected to be faster and cheaper. The National Council of Bailiffs announced that from July 1, the e-delivery service will be implemented in bailiff offices.

Steps towards modernity are taken in cooperation with the Ministry of Justice and Poczta Polska. E-delivery is the electronic equivalent of a registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt.

Bailiffs will only send e-mail to recipients logged in to the system. In other cases, Poczta Polska will print the correspondence and deliver it in the form of a classic registered letter. What is important is that the system only works in one direction - the bailiff can send electronic letters, but the party to the proceedings cannot do so.
