Bankers for cyber education: Watch out for "bank employee" scams!

The Polish Bank Association, the Warsaw Banking Institute Foundation, the Bank Cybersecurity Center, banks and the Police appeal:

Do not give anyone your login details.

Do not be fooled into installing a remote desktop on your mobile devices.

Install an antivirus program and update it frequently.

Virtual space is an opportunity, but also a threat. You should exercise common sense at every step and know how to function safely in cyberspace. As part of the "Bankers for CyberEducation" campaign organized by the Polish Bank Association, the Warsaw Banking Institute Foundation, the Bank Cybersecurity Center as well as banks and the Police, a series of films was created in which popular artists and TV presenters talk about how to consciously, responsibly and safely use digital benefits


“In an effort to act quickly, you quickly install the software he sends to protect your money. It's done. Settled! You have just been dealt with because you gave the criminal the ability to remotely operate your phone and read logins and passwords," warns Michał Piela.
