The ceremonial changing of the guard was attended by the Director of the Vilnius Center for Culture and Spirituality, Ms. Regina Karpowicz, and the Franciscan Father from Vilnius, Marek Dettlaff.
It is the Center that is responsible for the continuation of the "Harbinger" project, which was transferred to the Polish National Foundation for further management.
