In recent years, the political camp fighting the previous government has accused Law and Justice of illegal surveillance through Pegasus system. In fact, the situation was different, what was recently confirmed by the current Minister of Justice from the Civic Platform, Adam Bodnar.

In an interview for Polsat News, the Minister of Justice was asked whether he knew of any case of using the Pegasus system without court consent.
No, I don't know of such a case, paradoxically, the services took great care of the internal bureaucracy of all necessary activities.
