The draft act is to be submitted to the government in the third quarter of 2024, and the Ministry of Finance is responsible for its preparation. Local government revenues from PIT and CIT will be calculated as a percentage of the income of taxpayers from a given area. On Monday, 8 July, information about the draft act on the income of local government units was published in the list of legislative and programmatic works of the government.
