PKP Polskie Linie Kolejowe S.A. has launched a WAN network that will provide greater security of data transmission for critical railway infrastructure, connecting over 1,800 locations throughout Poland.

The project was initiated by PKP Polskie Linie Kolejowe S.A. at the beginning of 2022. A modern and secure data transmission network is a key element of the Company's digital transformation, which is consistently implemented by the new Management Board of Polskie Linie Kolejowe. The provider of the IP VPN (MPLS) network, a key element of critical infrastructure ensuring both efficiency and security of data transmission, was Netia.
