The Central Statistical Office published data on the average monthly remuneration in the enterprise sector in June, which amounted to PLN 8,144.83. The increase in salaries turned out to be lower than expected by experts.

The Central Statistical Office also reported that average employment in the enterprise sector in June 2024 was lower by 0.4%. compared to June 2023 and amounted to 6,484.5 thousand full-time positions. These data indicate a small but noticeable decline in employment in the enterprise sector on a year-on-year basis.
