Two new documents have been introduced in the mObywatel 2.0 application: the Right to Practice the Medical Profession and the Right to Practice the Dentist Profession. Thanks to this, almost 200,000 people in Poland will be able to confirm their professional qualifications via telephone.

Previously, mObywatel 2.0 offered digital IDs for pupils, students, retirees and pensioners. Drivers and holders of the Large Family Card could also find their documents. Professionals such as lawyers, legal advisors, nurses and midwives could also confirm their professional qualifications using the app. Now doctors and dentists have joined this group.
The introduction of new documents was possible thanks to cooperation with the Supreme Medical Chamber and the Ministry of Digitization. The new functionality in the mObywatel 2.0 application is a significant convenience for health care workers, enabling easy and quick access to their electronic professional documents.
