Celebrate the 20th anniversary of Polish membership in the European Union with us at the XXXIV Flower and Art Festival at Książ Castle!
This is the title of the Flower and Art Festival at Książ Castle which will take place between May 1 and 5. Master florists will create arrangements that will take visitors both to the exotic regions of the South and to the cool, colorful areas of the North.

Among different of the European flowers you will be able to see French roses, Spanish hibiscuses, Dutch tulips, Italian irises and English roses in a blue shade. A special attraction will be an additional flower exhibition "Union from the Roots" arranged in the medieval part of the castle. The project inspired by the origins of this community will certainly delight all plant lovers.
Every day of the Festival, on the ground floor of the Castle, there will be lectures given by the Książ Museum and Education Department, floristry masters and invited guests. During the meetings we will learn, among others: what are the greatest secrets of Książ and what are its connections with various European countries, flowery Europe - discover the floral richness of our continent and many other interesting lectures. Festival guests will also be able to take part in exciting floral shows, and we will see how Floral Masters create delightful bouquets and floral compositions - informs the Książ Castle website.
Floral imagination knows no limits and this year there will be an opportunity to see it, because Książ will become the "heart of Europe". Floral arrangements in over 30 rooms will be inspired by different countries, and we will go on a journey through hot Spain, the vast fields of Provence, cool areas of the North and places that win the hearts of tourists from all over the world. Let yourself be enchanted by our this year's proposals and stay with us from May 1 to May 5, 2024. The decoration of the castle rooms is the responsibility of real professionals: florists belonging to the Association of Polish Florists, the International Institute of Florists, florists belonging to the Maciej Krzus Master School of Floristry, as well as graduates and students of Florist from the Lower Silesian School Complex in Jawor. – the organizers assure.
